Placing an order and method of payment

How do I Place an Order?:

Shopping on Footryte is just clicks away! Once you have identified the product you want to buy, please follow the steps below:

Click on ‘Add to Cart’, to add this product to your cart,
Click on ‘Cart’ or ‘Login’ in the top right corner,
Register/Login into your account by entering your email and password,
Inside your cart, click ‘Proceed to checkout’,
Enter your shipping/billing information,
Choose your preferred payment option. At this point, you may choose either option, ‘Cash on delivery’ to pay at the point of delivery or ‘iPay’ to pay online, if you live within Accra, Tema and environ. You must only choose ‘iPay’ to pay online, if you live outside Accra or Ghana.
Select the terms and conditions box, and click on ‘Place order’ to proceed to the payment portal and complete your order.

Once your order is placed, we will either automatically confirm it by notifying you via email, or we will call you for confirmation in case we need more details. Please note that this confirmation is a mandatory step before your order is shipped. In case you have a doubt about whether the confirmation was done or not, do not hesitate to call our Customer line at 0302932985, 0247817929 or email to us at a few hours after you placed the order.

How can I Track my Order?:

We will make regular contact with you via email, sms or phone calls to updates you about the status of your order. After your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to you, you can also track the status of your order by sending us an sms or giving us a quick call.


How Quickly can I get my Order?:

We do our best to get your orders delivered promptly. Footryte speed delivery will deliver your order within 24 hours minimum or 3 working days maximum, depending on the distance.

How do I Cancel my Order?:

i. You may call our Customer service line to simply cancel your order if, you have not already received an email confirming the shipment of your order.

ii. You will not be able to cancel it, but still be able to use our ‘Return Policy’ or ‘Return and Exchange Policy’ if your order has already been shipped. You may refer to the above policies for more details.


If you anticipate you will not be available to receive your order, you may designate someone to receive on your behalf but ensure this person has a valid copy of your ID along with a copy of your order confirmation email.

Upon delivery, kindly have the exact amount in cash or loaded ready in your MoMo wallet if your payment method is Pay On Delivery.

There are two (2) methods available to make payment when you shop at;

1. Cash payment; This method is applicable when you choose the ‘Pay at delivery’ option during checkout.
This option is only available to customers who resides within the Accra, Tema metropolis and environs.

2. iPay; Payment via iPay is mainly applicable to customers who are residence outside Accra, Tema metropolis and environs. Customers who lives within the Accra, Tema metropolis and environs may also use this payment method if they choose to.
