Return and Exchange Policy
We will require from a customer, a valid photo ID Card (see below for the forms of IDENTIFICATION that we accept) for all returns/exchanges. We do not share or sell the transaction information captured or collected through this process.
We reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges regardless of receipt.
Returns with an Original Sales Receipt
In most cases, for returns or exchanges of unworn and unopened merchandise made with receipt within 14 days from the original purchase, you may:
*Exchange the item(s) for the full purchase price.
*Receive a refund for the full purchase price in your original form of payment or via mobile money with customers’ consent. Or receive an in-store merchandise credit for the full purchase price.
*Cash refund will be given for merchandise purchased with cash, check, or credit/debit card receipt only. Mobile Money refunds will be returned back to the Mobile Money number used for original purchase.
Returns without an Original Sales Receipt
In most cases, for returns or exchanges made without a receipt (for unworn/unopened merchandise), you may:
*Exchange the item(s) at the current selling price.
*Receive an in-store credit at the current selling price.
We accept the following forms of VALID PHOTO IDENTIFICATION CARD for returns and/or exchanges:
Ghana Driver’s License, Ghana National ID Card, Ghana NHIS Card, Ghana Voters Registration Card, Nigeria Driver’s License, Nigeria Voters Registration Card, Nigeria National ID Card, any International Passport as well as any valid photo ID Card.
NOTE: All photo Identification Cards Must be VALID. We reserve the right to reject any ID Card presented, if we have any reason to do so.
