Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return in person, unworn, unused or unopened item at Footryte store, or mail with the original sale receipt, within 14 days of purchase. Please note, defective or damaged item can only be returned if it’s unworn, and in case of sealed box items, unopened. Exchanges are available in-store only. Purchases being mailed back to our store will only receive a refund for the returned item.

Two Easy Steps to Return Unwanted Item

     1. To Make a Return at our Store

You will have to come in person, bringing with you the following…

(a) The item to be returned: Item must be returned in the original brand box (packaging).

(b) The original purchase receipt: A copy of the in-store receipt, your purchase Confirmation Email or the Mobile Money (MoMo) transaction number and the MoMo SMS transaction receipt received.   

(c) Mode of identification: One form of personal identification and the credit/debit card or mobile money phone number used for the original purchase.

     2. To Make a Return to footryte.com

Please note, we only process returns at footryte.com if your purchase was made at footryte.com, or home delivered. Regular store purchases must be returned to the store.

Item must be return in the original packing, and in original brand box (packaging).

Refund Process and Time-frame

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

The item sent back for a refund will be inspected by the refund processing staff and reserves the right to reject returns. Refunds for returns of item purchased with credit/debit cards could be made with mobile money if the customer consent to it. Once the return has been processed, you may or may not receive a return email confirmation.

NOTE: For your protection

We suggest bringing your return to our store in person, via insured local courier services or other traceable method. Shipping fees are not refundable and return shipping charges must be paid by customer. Footryte.com is not responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse.
